Five Things To Do at the Math NCTM Conference

Come join us for the NCTM (National Council of Teachers of Mathematics) Annual Meeting and Exposition April 25-28, 2018 in Washington, D.C.

Join thousands of your mathematics education peers at the premier math education event of the year! Network and exchange ideas, engage with innovation in the field, and discover new learning practices that will drive student success.

Be sure to stop by Nasco’s Booth #147 and see the latest products in Math including our new Smart Starts Kits and STEM Challenge Cards.

Here are five things you “must” do at the conference:

  1.  Download the conference app at https://www.nctm.org/confapp/ get real-time notifications, connect to other attendees, preview the conference schedules, review exhibitors, check the local weather and review maps.
  2. Collaborate with friends, colleagues and other attendees for sessions. There are many great sessions going on so split up to cover multiple and then meet back together to discuss what everyone learned.
  3. Ask questions – the more you ask, the more you learn!
  4. Check out the exhibitor hall where there are over 200 exhibits featuring the latest and greatest in the industry.
  5. Explore the area — there are tons of amazing museums, shops and restaurants, visit washington.org to check them all out.

Math is the foundation for everything we do in life. That’s why we say…Math Is.

See you at the conference!
